For Virtual Event

https://veertly.com/ Veertly is amazing platform for hosting events, they have great blogs with tips and advices on Virtual Meetups. This platfom is using Jitsi (Open Source) platform for calls, it has all features that you will need when doing Virtual Meetup, nice meetup alike environment.

For Community Building

https://icebreaker.video/ got renamed to https://gatheround.com/ Icebreaker it’s perfect for Crypto Dinners, Fridays with DeFi or similar virtual events. This platform includes a live stream where you moderate the event, you can invite someone to be a co-host and have discussion together while the community is listening and asking questions in the chat. There are a bunch of games - cards with questions that people are asking each other when they’re talking to each other in 1:1 conversation. You can create your own cards - questions, add time - how long the game (round) will last. Pick cards from a bunch of templates or create your own, you can modify the questions and time of the game during the event. It’s super easy to host virtual events on Icebreaker. Check out the Host Guide - there are FAQs included in this document. This platform allows you to host events for up to 40 participants. If you’re expecting more people to join, contact the Icebreaker team and let them know how many attendee’s you’re expecting to join the event.
